Our training gives us the information we need to adapt to different environments. We understand how to properly use foaming strategies and where to apply them, making sure that the product is efficient, safe and effective.
Spray polyurethane foam is the most efficient method of insulation. First developed in 1937 by German chemist Otto Bayer for aircraft stabilization, spray polyurethane foam has been in active use for over eighty years. With almost a century of consistent use, spray polyurethane foam has been proven to be effective and safe for you and your home. Mr. Foam offers two-component polyurethane foam, which provides a stronger and more effective seal from moisture, air and heat loss. Using these strategies to apply both interior and exterior insulation, we can help insulate your residential or industrial property.
As our truck arrives at your home, the process of creating spray polyurethane foam has begun. Within our active proportioners the processes of mixing isocyanate with resin begins to instantly combine and create high quality air, water and mold resistant foam . This foam quickly expands to fill surfaces and seal gaps, providing a tight layer of protection from moisture, heat loss and cold air.
The process of applying spray foam is instant and long lasting, creating a seal that will protect your house for years to come.

What's better for my home? Science has proven that spray polyurethane foam outperforms traditional fiberglass when it comes to providing the most efficient insulation within a home. Through various studies and tests it has been proven that air has a significantly harder time breaking through spray polyurethane foam when compared to traditional fiberglass insulation. In addition to that, spray foam has a variety of other benefits that significantly out performs fiberglass insulation. These include: Providing an air barrier, preventing heat loss, sealing cracks, resisting mold, decreasing air pollutants along with many more. These positive factors of spray foam can be illustrated through a variety of jobs, including slab insulation, garage insulation and much more.
We understand that not everyone has the time or money to completely remodel their walls while taking on a spray polyurethane job. If that's the case for you, injection foam might be the answer. Injection foam consists of creating small incisions in your walls, rather than removing your entire drywall as a whole. By using a special device equipped with a camera, injection foam distributes polyurethane foam behind the wall. This not only saves labour and cuts down on construction with a cheaper and easier process, but also is just as effective as our more traditional insulation jobs. Make sure to ask us about injection foam options to see if it is suitable for your home.
Being the most dense form of polyurethane foam, high-density spray foam is the best choice for exterior use and roofing due to its monolithic nature. It protects the best against the elements with its thermal protection qualities, protecting from high winds and rains. Medium density foam is most used for continuous insulation on interior surfaces including walls and vent-less attics. It serves as a barrier to air and sound and due to its low vapour permanence, it especially protects against water and vapors. Its main purpose is to seal airflow to keep the building warm, however can provide some protection against moisture as well.
Aside from residential work, Mr. Foam also focuses on commercial and industrial spray foam insulation for larger scale projects. With 20+ years of industry experience, we have implemented the use of new and innovative techniques in our both safe and cost efficient work. We offer reliable work surrounding jobs that include:
